Scott began working in the general insurance Industry in 1997 and as a result has extensive industry experience managing a broad range of personal and business clients. Scott has a reputation for going the ‘extra mile’ for his clients and takes enormous pride in finding effective solutions at the most competitive price.

In addition to serving clients, Scott also plays an important role in running the business and problem-solving the day-to-day issues which arise. Scott has a Diploma in Financial Services (Broking) and is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB). Outside of the office, Scott can be found enjoying time with his family and friends or enjoying some time at the track in his race car.

Lizzie began working in the general insurance industry in 2004. Having years of experience providing brokering services for some of Australia’s largest companies, Lizzie’s dedication to her clients is second to none. As a Director of Insurance Mentor, Lizzie is responsible for client management, strategy implementation and managing the business alongside Scott Stewart.

When not in the office Lizzie can be found enjoying the beautiful Gold Coast sunshine with her husband and toddler.

Jasmine has been in the insurance broking industry since 2007, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her role as Operations Manager at Insurance Mentor. In addition to overseeing daily operations, she works closely with clients across a variety of industries, specialising in plant and equipment hire and sporting clubs. Jasmine provides tailored insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, and she is dedicated to building strong, long-term relationships that ensure their businesses are well-protected and supported.

Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three kids, unwinding outdoors and making the most of family moments.

Kiri started her insurance career with Byron Insurance Solutions in 2016 and now works as a Senior Account Manager with a keen interest in construction, corporate, and commercial risks. Having worked with prominent builders throughout Australia, Kiri provides exemplary service to all clients she assists and is dedicated to producing an excellent result at all times. She enjoys the hard-to-place and finding solutions for all industries.

When not in the office, Kiri lives an active lifestyle and is always up for an adventure.

Gayleen began working in the area of General Insurance in 1999 and holds her Diploma in Financial Services (General Insurance). She joined Byron Insurance Solutions in September 2023 and has more than 20 years of industry experience working with a broad range of business and personal clients. Gayleen has always aimed to provide her clients with an exceptional personal level of service. Her focus is on building a relationship with a client as their trusted professional insurance advisor ensuring that they have confidence that she is someone who understands them, their business, and their insurance needs.

Outside of the office, her time is spent with her family and friends, and she loves to travel.

Jazmin began her insurance career in 2015 and brought her expertise to Byron Insurance Solutions in 2020. She specialises in delivering tailored insurance solutions for businesses across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on plant and equipment hire, hospitality, and the wellness industry. Jazmin excels at working with hard-to-place occupations, using her creative problem-solving skills to find the ideal coverage for each client. Her ultimate goal is to ensure her clients are thoroughly protected and confident in their insurance decisions.

When she’s not helping clients, Jazmin enjoys Pilates, getting lost in a good novel, and enjoying the company of her two playful staffies, Frankie and Bruno.

Matt brings to Insurance Mentor over 30 years of broking experience across the UK, South Africa and Australia. His experience working with multinational broking houses and his own business as an Authorised Representative is reflected in his technical skillset and quality of advice provided to his clients.

Matt specialises in Hard-to-Place risks, including Construction, Marine, Manufacturing, Professional Lines, Property and Strata Insurance. He enjoys working closely with his clients to understand their needs and how best to transfer risk via insurance placement.

Outside of the office, Matt enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his family, with a keen interest in adventure. Matt enjoys Wildlife Photography, Hiking, Camping, and offroading.

Since joining the Insurance Mentor team in 2022, Jessica has brought a wealth of experience in both broking and underwriting. Specialising in mid-market SME clients, Jessica has particular expertise in motorsports, manufacturers, and commercial property owners.

She is skilled at leveraging her extensive industry relationships to find comprehensive, tailored solutions - especially for clients with challenging or hard-to-place occupations. Jessica is passionate about guiding her clients through the claims process, always ensuring they feel supported and satisfied at every stage.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Management and is an active member of the NIBA Young Professionals Committee, continually looking for ways to make positive contributions in the insurance industry.

Outside of work, Jessica loves to unwind outdoors in her garden or go camping with her husband.

Amy joined Byron Insurance Solutions in 2023, bringing a strong commitment to providing tailored insurance solutions. Specialising in general insurance, she has a particular interest in Management Liability and Contract Works. Amy is dedicated to helping clients secure the right coverage, managing claims, negotiating with insurers, and setting up policies that best meet individual needs. Passionate about her field, she actively seeks to expand her knowledge to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys staying active at the gym, jet skiing, and spending sunny days by the ocean. She also loves relaxing with her beloved sausage dog, Koda.

Rhiannan started in the insurance industry in 2018, where she was based in Melbourne before relocating to the Gold Coast in 2023. Specialising in SME and commercial risks across all industries, Rhiannan is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with her clients and finding tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

Her favourite part of the job is working closely with clients, understanding their challenges, and delivering the right insurance solutions.

Outside of the office, Rhiannan enjoys staying active through exercise and spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved bulldog, Jax.

Naomi joined Insurance Mentor in 2022, with a strong focus on commercial risks and the management of large scale portfolios. She has a particular interest in structuring tailored cover for complex operations, ensuring her clients are appropriately protected as their businesses grow and evolve. She takes pride in clear, practical communication and building long term relationships, so her clients feel confident and well informed at every stage.

Starting her insurance career in 2022 and joining Insurance Mentor in 2025, Sarah brings insights to assist business owners with their insurance needs. Nikki is an Account Executive, joining the Byron Insurance Solutions team in 2021. She specialises in the General Insurance area having worked in banking and finance for close to 10 years prior to moving to the Broking Industry.
